Install TIPS:
3M VHB high-quality double-sided tape (not included)
Surface prepping is the MOST important step. Both car and fins
Mounting surfaces must be cleaned properly to remove wax, ceramic coating, etc... 
Once surfaces cleaned, wiped down with isopropyl alcohol and dried, apply clear Adhesion Promoter to area where fins mount
Install and modify at your own risk.
